saw and met Jay Reatard in Austin TX Halloween ,crazy that he passed away, was on his way to having a good career in music Bood Visions and the Single Collection are classic albums

I bet this guy was fucking amazing live, whichever band he was in at the time.

And still a lot of people being interviewed about Jay takes the liberty of trying to link him to the older Memphis music figures.
