Parachutes need to be scripted not only through flowgraph nodes but also in a .txt file which is some tough shit to get just right to show off for five seconds in a two-minute-long video.

No, they don't need to be scripted, I just use the give item command. You can use that in developer mode because the scripts are included with the game.

This isn't FULL-SCREEN, I was in 1280 x 800 res. on screen, and had Sandbox 1/3 of the screen.

After captured complete. FRAPS made 1280 x 800 video, with recorded Sandbox in the corner (the 1/3 size), I had to CROP video for final.
