I think Kermit is like a Transgender kid. I showed this to my 8 year old trans daughter and she said it is how she feels when people try to tell her to be a boy. It's not easy being in the wrong body! At first my daughter did not even know she was green. Then she was afraid others hated green. Now she is at peace as her true self. Thank you Kermit for putting a smile on a little girls face!

Much thanks! There are no "real" Kermit puppets, except for a very small hand puppet from the 70s. This was a stuffed animal that we built into a puppet to play with.
