I read your guide on bb on dota allstars and you really justified your use of sange and 2xstout. I'd say your pretty good by the way you play looking at how you move around, low on hp and still get the kill. I'm still thinking of vangie or sange but I think my answer will come from the experiences.

Imo just get tanker stuff like vanguard and heart so that u can tank hits from people while having ur quills sprayed all over the place, You can also get Sange and yasha for extra health+extra movement speed. Then get either phase or travel boots

goo , spray spray, Bristleback, max spray and bristleback , ulti when possible.

Itemwise 1 or 2 stouts, hood, boots radiance. Now that radiance is impresive on bristleback :D

i do spray then goo lvl1 then max goo and bristle cause harassing with spray is not that effective when players knows that damage increases as you are hit consecutive times as for 2 stoouts i only use one then buy helm then discard it later
