@dani9dani choose a a round brush set it to 80% of flow and 70% opacity. Go to window>brushes, select FORM DYNAMIC simply select it and dont change anything to it. that should do it. Keep in mind this only takes practice. I remember being really frustrated when I first got my wacom tablet, it was only after a few days of practice that I finally figured out how to use it properly. Always think of it as a regular pencil.
the sketch was done in photoshop as well. I used a red brush for the sketch and then made the clean black lineart in a different layer. Its just so I can tell which is which, basically. :)

regular brush, flow somewhere between 45 or 65, what gives that nice realistic effect is the wacom tablet.

Wow the drawing is really good! How did you make your lines red? Did you do the drawing in red or did you change it on photoshop?
