  • kya nga d3100! dah!

  • im confused, ive watched reveiws on the d3000 that says nothin of it haveing video but ive only seen 2 video that say it does take video, and this is one. does or does it not take video????

    please respond

  • @WillBarrett5 D3000 CANNOT Take videos while D3100 CAN. So i could say that D3100 is much better.

  • just bought this camera :)

  • @MaGiixGaming me too! How have you found it?

  • so the more ISO the worse the quality?

  • Comment removed

  • @staboymalibu94 Yes, of course.

  • @staboymalibu94

Depends on the quality of the sensor but yes that is the basic rule. Raising the iso is like putting a grainer [high speed] film into your camera. Things becomes more sensitive... yet also sensitive to the natural noise of the electronics.

There is always some level of noise on a digital sensor. But at ISO 100.. it tends to be not in sight.

  • crazy accent. Where are you from?

  • well, they are two different technologies. CCD vs CMOS. I haven't done any testing yet because I just got the D3000 used for super cheap but still at ISO 800 with a fast lens like the 35mm 1.8g you should get great pictures in low light.

  • don't listen to this guy hes a fucking idiot by saying the d3000 is horrible in low light. I use these cameras in my digital photography class and they take very high quality pictures in any light if you know how to set the right settings, obliviously this guy just claims hes professional but hes not.

  • grain is not always bad

  • i saw the video on 360p

but he is 2080p i think

  • Nice video, i have been deciding if buy the nikon 70-300 vr or the tamron 70-300 vc, which one would you recommend me? take into account that my budget is 500US and i would use it specially for wildlife photography.

    thanks!

  • I read that the D3100 doesn't have a microphone input.

So where did you plug your mic into?

  • i think d3000 is better, and cheaper than d3100.

  • I'm not sure about you guys, but i'm fat.

  • @AngryOrso cool story bro

  • But which one is better????

  • With the Nikon D3000 is the video really good? Does it have nice sound and image quality?

  • @shutupjonae69 the nikon d3000 DOESN'T RECORD VIDEO! pls stop commenting if your questions have non-sense!

  • @ElliahAlsi That's why I asking numb nuts. God forget your midol this morning?

  • Thank you!

  • 5 minute advertisement! What the hell!

  • How did you use external mic for d3100??

  • @redriotxltd Record the audio through a computer while recording video, and add the audio in during editing

  • how's the audio on the d3100? If it's not that good, how do you suggest you can get clear audio? Thanks!

  • @jaydemoorevbhh - Everyone, don't fall for all these thumbs up. All his other identical comments he left on other videos has a nearly identical number of thumbs up. Coincidence?

  • do u advise me to buy the D3100 or to wait for the D5100 ??

  • @DrUnk91Bullet Espere a D5100 ^^

  • HI again;

This is Tim.....What is your take on the canon 5D Mark II?

    tks.

  • how can we prevent the clicking sound for the auto focus in video mode without doing manual?

  • does the d3100 make a clicking sound trying to auto focus in video mode?

also does d3100 playback sound right after your done recording in video mode?

  • thanks.........I bought the d3100 a couple weeks ago, and happy with it...most tutorial/tests versus other, similar line cams seem to all agree that the d3100 is better on most counts....tell me though, I see where the new, 5D Mark II is a range abvove alot of these cams, and even is used in some TV shots....may pay the extra 3k soon and buy that one..

  • 2 dislikes was from Canon.

  • i'm confused so the higher the iso number the more grainy

  • For the outside scene, was the audio recorded using the D3100, or an external device?

  • A few questions... What is ISO?and to what I saw it is better to have a low ISO since it won't give you any noise.. Am I right?

  • jesus christ your forehead

  • so the winner is d3000??

  • Got a question. the place where i purchased my 3100. they told me that you can connect the wireless shutter trigger remote with this camera. how do i turn that option on, on the camera

  • please tell me if this slr shoots video, cause i found a good deal

  • @javieralza yes it does javier, 1080p, with auto focus (though it makes silly noises) + Manual Focus. Great Camera, very smart. One of the best for beginners if not the best at the moment. Alex =]

  • @thisisdeathproof and its cheap to, lol'z full hd how wide is the lens???(original)

  • so what you concluded is: the d3000 has the best ISO?

  • @TheLeticiaBertin

No, if you were listening to anything he was saying in the video, the d3100 is the better product hands down at all ISO settings.

  • it's more than obvious that Smiler182 isn't american... hahahhah

  • Hey how do you find D3100?

I have a D70 but I'd like to buy something "modern", I also have a Sigma 50mm F2.8, do you think it works on AF?

Please answer, it's important for me!

  • LOL,

Try make a better use for testing exacly the same pictures!!!

  • best test , until now. Pls update iso test, with good focus and night test ISO

  • Hey there, I'm curious if you think its worth getting a D3100 if I already have a FZ35 (or FZ38) for indoor and outdoor low light and portrait photography? And would the kit lens suffice or I should look at getting the 35mm f/1.8 lens?

As you know since you own a FZ35 it does great in outdoor daylight, but I basically have very shaky hands so I hate slow shutter speeds which is what the FZ35 gives me in low light and indoors so I'm quite curious what you think.. since you have both cameras?

  • was this video shot with the d3100?

  • @ghough12 Yes, it was.

  • @nerdishcouk how about microphone? it is not able to connect to this camera

  • @nerdishcouk what microphone do you use??

  • @nerdishcouk how did you use the external mic with the d3100?

  • @nerdishcouk how did u get the sound to be so clear if you shot with the d3100? was this an external mic? Coz the d3100 doesnt have external mic!

  • @nerdishcouk What Mic Did You Use For The D3100?

  • @nerdishcouk Wow! This is AMAZING quality for the D3100.
