marie is great but i dont like what ure producer is puttin out for u that beat makes me feel like theres gunna be a bunch of ants marching by lol i love her vocals just as they r they shouldnt put so many tunes in it her voice is great all on its own better witha piano..... marie this is mike girardy speakin lol and i think u should def use ure instrument thats what makes u so amazing u dont need all that studio bullshit maybe for some songs but not for that one honestly!!!

I loved the acoustic version much better.. it's such an honest song where she reveals her feelings, and where she really tries to tell her story to the listener.. now with this version, all this honesty just vanished. its all mainstream-y now.. I was really tooking forward to the studio version of "Stop Me" after having heard the acoustic version but now, all I can say, I am so disappointed :( It used to be my favourite song of her

Thank you...this version has no magic to it anymore. The tempo has changed, the way she's singing it now it's really honestly like a 50's love song, and Nothing against the 50's but they're sorta in the past for a reason. Glad to know someone else hears the differences and can appreciate the real art for where, and what it's worth.

yes, it sounded different.. i mean not a Marié Digby-ish type of music. but in my opinion, its good in that way.. great actually. cos she experiments with different kind of music. she's learning to maximize her vocal / music strengths and trying to get out on her 'comfort zone'. which is good because she's learning and sharing it with us :) well thats just my own opinion. lol :)

No offense....I loved the previous raw version, now i hate it. I really hope this isn't the way it is going to sound when the album is done. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Marie`, but hate the way they've *50's* it up. The other recording has so much more real, powerful emotion behind . I'm sad and dissapointed. :-(
