I personally enjoy bC2 much more than mw2 because I love how the gameplay is slower and the strategy involved with squads being a spawn point. My biggest pet peeve with MW2 is how the bullets basically have little/no travel time And in order to balance that with the smaller maps in Mw2 the bullets especially in hip fire come out of the barrel at like a 20-40 degree angel which is unbelievable irritating because as a sniper sometimes when I come around a corner I need to hip-fire close range.

To all those guys here that says that the *Recon* class aint a sniper class... why the hell would u give them Sniper Rifles in the first place if they aint gonna use them for what they are supposed to do... take out targets that are far away... u could just give them the same weapons as the Assult or engineer class then... srsly stop arguing about it. their job is "recon" not sniper. just because u have a high powered rifle doesnt mean you should sit around and not contribute to the team. recon has motion mines and c4 which can help your team far more than 1 kill every so often.

@N0nC0mprende me as a recon i like to be more of a spot then shoot instead of shooting then spotting. i put my teammates first and then my own kills. the most helpful thing you can do as a recon(as far as i'm concerned) is to throw motion sensors, steal enemy assult and medic classes and throw a ammo or health kit out to help out your team. i help as a teammate, not a lone wolf

In BC2 I get 30-15, just for the gravity in the game (you have to shoot over the object)+ BC2 dont have

@Lukkmaestro what games have you been playing? to my knowledge mw2 and blops require absolutly no skill to play. especially when you concider that both those games have kill streaks and more than 1/3rd of all the killstreaks is a machine of death and destruction controlled by the cpu. so killsteaks alone debunk your myth that mw2 requires "experience" and "technique" and on the subject of no technique and experience required to play mw2, how about the perk commando? that requires 0 skill to use

All the faggets running around quickscoping and commandoing, I dont even play MW2 or blops anymore I accually bought BFBC2 a few days ago and i love it, and i would also like to add that BFBC2 is accually a very easy game if you get into the right team. I had like 35 kills and 11 deaths in my second match, not like anyone cares..

The bullet drop in Bad Company isn't all to noticeable, just aim a tad bit over their head, unless you're sniping from long distances, and I mean extremely long, it won't make all to much of difference. Travel time is the only thing you need to worry about, but with magnum ammo, not really.

@crangesJ use the m1911 2-4 shot kill up close. However bear in mind it only has a 6round clip. You just need to be patient. Search up some sniper gameplay. There are so many better snipers than him (im not saying hes bad or criticisng him im just saying)

when i first picked up a sniper rifle it was in this map (4:11). After that I started to play as recon class and while being the worst sniper in any fps game, I am pretty good at covering my team and kill enemies as a sniper in BF2. Now to wait for BF3.

I dont understand how this game is anymore realistic then Mw2. I want to see someone hold a rifle that steady while walking and breathing and hit someone from some of these distances. Another thing is adjusting your scope for all these different distances scope does not adjust itself. Also the effect of shooting from a cold barrel.

@KMNerfArt BF3 is coming out where u have to hold your breath to shoot. You can also go prove but u use bi pad to stabilize the gun. While it is not realistic (no game can ever beat real life scenario) it is certainly better than MW2. I don't know if u played BF2 but anyone who played it would say sniping in this game rocks compared to MW2. U need to think and adjust ur aim. Quickscoping will get u killed in BF2.

If you like sniping in bfbc 2 i would recommend the LV98 sniper with 12x scope. MAKE SURE YOU PLAY ON HARDCORE ALSO. It is so much easier to get kills and is far more realistic than regular.
