How far should you smoke a bowl down?

My friend told me that accordingly, you should smoke about 1/3 of the bowl, or if it gets too hot to touch to the cheek, then after a while then the bowl has cooled, stir the ashes (AFTER the bowl has cooled) then smoke another 1/3 and repeat.

@RyanT0p1ak4891 Cigarettes are one of the worst ways to consume tobacco. Especially manufactured cigarettes full of nasty chemicals like ammonia. I have been a smoker of rolling tobacco for years. I have recently been using nasal snuff, pipe tobacco pipes, and my hookah as a way to cut back. My lungs feel much better now that I have gone down to 0 to 3 cigs a day. If you are going to smoke tobacco, pipe tobacco pipes, hookahs, and cigars are much better for you than cigarettes.

But the three bad things I've heard about weed is that 1) It still causes damage to the lungs, though admittedly less than tobacco, 2) Has a tendency to bring out schizophrenia in those with a family history of it, 3) You're not always sure what you're getting.... But that would be solved by legalization. I smoke both from time to time, and they're both nice.
