Like everyone said keep praticing. Buy some dummy rounds and pratice clearing a malfunction, and tactial reloads. Also i would sugest a Eotec, it will increase your aim speed. Also try shooting whal running, kneeling, ect. Also use your reset on your wepons, it will increase accruacy.
Keep practicing. You're already ahead of 99.8% of private citizens. Practice concealment and cover, multiple targets (using small V transition/hinging), and tac reloads.
Firing at all targets: You are WAAAYYY too exposed and present far too large a target to survive a real shootout. From previous training I've done, you should be firing down the pathways at those low targets from at least a kneeling position. What you're doing here is fine for general theory, but also explore or do vids from different shooting positions & alos from behind cover. Look at the Lahner Tactical vids on here; you'll see what I mean.
i like very much what you guys are doing here however, some parts i felt werent very "tactical" like someone else said i saw slow reloads and just standing there reloading while the person takes their eyes off the target and takes the time to lower their weapon and reload, if that were a real situation they could have been killed.
Not trying to cut you down or anything but you need more training and to get very familiar with your weapon system. Also get used to reloading and charging in a run. If at all possible get in touch with local Marine Corpse recruiters and see if you can't get some training with them, helps immensly! Keep on training guys, practice makes perfection.
You might be ready in about 5 years. Throughout this video there were many parts where slow reloads or slow target aquisition is leaving you open to recieve incoming fire. 0:39, 0:58, 1:08, 1:55, 2:09, 2:26 you are all dead because of slow target aquisition or you had to put in a mag and charge your weapon before firing. Guy at 3:20 with th AR, take deliberate shots, accuracy not speed. Guys with shotguns, find a rythm. Most importantly count your shots, too many dry fires due to not counting...
I'd like to add some words of encouragement, but I'm coming up short.
However, I love the addition of the revolver. And fix your girlfriends, you're not doing them any favors teaching them to hold firearms like that.
