  • so lets say i have 25g of chacruna(dmt) and caapi(root): how big does the pot have to be, how much water do i add, how long do i brew it for and how many times do i filter it until it's ready to consume? And how long do i wait until i need to filter each time. if i'm forgetting to ask something, please enlighten me!

    CHEERS!

  • @Blackstarting ayahuasca's cool but too freaky and hard to make- i'd just reccomend trippin on morning glory seeds, you can find them on eBay for only like $5 an ounce, theyre like LSD but more mellow and much less prone to causing bad trips

  • mmmmm....chicken!!!...o wait...mmmmmm....rooster!

  • Ayahuasca is great. Mind opening. I also like reiki and Light Axis Healing. they are powerful for me.

  • Scott Petersen's business is just that, it's a business. This has nothing to do with helping people to find real freedom. If this were really about liberation, the Peruvian government would not allow Petersen to be there doing this. I know it is very difficult to find authentic helpers when one in interested in psychedelic experience, but don't go this route, be patient and look elesewhere. The real point of all this is personal and collective liberation. Be careful about whom you do this with.

  • @Geieraugen while i respect that you have an opinion, i really enjoy scott petersens place and found him to have extremely helpful services with this powerful experience. i have worked in the Amazon for many years and know that like anywhere on Earth today if you cannot take care of yourself in business or money you wont be able to take care of much! one requires money just to walk down the street. and viable economic income streams are the #1 way to save the Amazon!!!

  • @amazontroy

the prerequisite for recognizing a guru - (don't you think this 'knowledgeable' - experiential and educated man could make money Anywhere?? ) Check out Wade Davis - and also go deep into yourself and study some associated fields - then you may recognize truth or a truth-seeker/teller when you see one.

  • @Geieraugen

Have you had experiences with Scott Petersen's business? Have you taken Ayauscha? It is a pretty intense drug. Group sessions seem like a good idea, because I have taken it alone, and can imagine that ayauscha would be too much for some to handle without a supporting guide/group. I have never taken it with a group.

By the way, and you probably know this, but , just because someone charges money for something doesn't make him fraudulent. Everyone has to make a living.

  • @Geieraugen

But I agree that its probably hard to find teachers who actually know their shit. Theres seems to be a trend of alot of new age guides'/yoga teachers'/etc useing a "cookie cutter" approach , to teach novices. Also, as you or someone mentioned, it is ultimately up to the individual to do his inner work.

  • @Geieraugen

how about you read wade davis - see if you can't just go deep(er) inside yourself - then some truth - truth-tellers and truth seekers may well resonate with you

  • @Geieraugen

how about you read wade davis - see if you can't just go deep(er) inside yourself - then some truth - truth-tellers and truth seekers may well resonate with you. If these words don't resonate - if you do not want to 'give' in this world - then you will continue to 'take' - pass out naive comments and be cynical about everything. How about you take a look at what 'business' is doing to the rainforest and the raping of everything that is going on. then you may understand this man.

  • @Geieraugen wrong..... not JUST THAT.

  • 10,000 years ago in Mesopotamia a new kind of thinking was developed one that involved totalitarian & agriculture and now... goodbye blue sky we've fallen asleep as people as animals on this planet we are here to nurture our planet we are here to help garden this place up not destroy it for god sakes! i am sick and tired of unequal globalism i am sick and tired of fascism i am sick and tired of this type of people -serj tankian current society is a self-destructive mechanism guided by blindness
  • @atraldreams FEAR NOT brother sister we are going to GOD not the prevailing ill thinking of going to hell!

the spiritual essence of where we come from is far too grand and never underestimate a few dedicated souls who have come to Earth to help ;-]

    many blessings

    Troy

  • @amazontroy hmm you've got a point

  • @atraldreams exactly. please speak alot, to alot of people. ignorance is out of control.

  • What a great explaination. It is something that has to be experienced to understand. I would say my experience did everything you explained and then some.

  • There's people I know who have learned how to go to the same place that tea takes you just by thinking too much...

  • Hey, If you like Salvia Divinorum you should search for " Salvia Divinorum Distribution Project " on here or google to get a free cutting

    cya

  • 1catmac, I think you need to reassess your goals and objectives in life. Ayuahusca is far more important and developing for the human spirit that any job on this planet. If you could learn to forget that outdated ideology whereby society tricks you into thinking you need job to feel safe and secure and "on the right track". I encourage you to forget about money, and pursue some things which have far more meaning in this lifetime. Definately an Ayuahuasca ceremony is one of them.

  • Fuck Jobs!

Our job is to learn who we are and empower ourselves so that we can restructure this ridiculous backwards society so that eventually we dont have to work like slaves.

We are spirit beings, and these tools that nature has given us are the key to our evolution and survival.

  • @StopTheRobberydotcom

    yes you are right !

  • @StopTheRobberydotcom Once we restructure....then what? Just curious...I like the idea but then again its just another idea. Its good to come back down to earth and realize who you are as a human and how you and everything else are nature, but there is no point in bouncing right back up into another dellusional(sp?) mind state. Do not get caught up in the same system that is advertised with another name. I stand here and say this shit but I am just as guilty lol. Just spreading more ideas.

  • Does "productive" mean spending a third of your life behind a desk/cash register/kiosk and getting paid to do next to nothing? The majority of jobs out there are service or office related and barely contribute anything meaningful to society in the long run.

  • but im curious can u achieve that state of mind without using any of 'tools', like in every day situtations

  • it's a tool, not THE answer. albeit one of the most powerful tools on earth. a tool of awakening like meditation, Maori healing, dealing with a life debilitating sickness or reading the Anastasia/Ringing Cedars books.

at this point in human history it is necessary we as a species wake up for us to evolve!!!

  • A tool of deception, illusion and glamour. One of the many for our indulgence.

  • All tools can be deceptive if that is your frame of mind... like the ancient Chinese saying states: "When the wrong man uses the right means, the right means work the wrong way."

What you have to remember is that tools are just tools; it's how you use them that defines their significance.

  • @timmyzeus its not glamorous

  • A profoundly distinct explanation, thanks. If only I had a spare $1500 to utilize...hey, are y'all looking to take on an extra pair of work hands (hint hint)? I would be most grateful for the opportunity to live and work in Peru...

  • contact scott and ask him REFUGIOALTIPLANOdotORG

  • thanks Troy, I will do just that. =D

  • I see a number of people are attacking you with some comments, but my friend people fear what they dont understand, and I can tell you that you speak the TRUTH...Peace..

  • Troy, you really are a nut but I love you man.

  • Blessings.

the fact of the matter is that the guy who owns the Yellow Rose of Texas does not have a leg to stand on, i googled him.

"The Iquitos Scoundrel", Gerald Mayeaux. I tried to envision being in a position where I faced each day encountering people I have screwed, people who once foolishly trusted me. What a lonely life. Try to

envision facing each day knowing most people look upon you with

disdain." I READ THAT HE ALSO BEATS THE STREET KIDS AND STICKS THEM WITH NEDDLES.

    much love T

  • we are an alien breeding experiment that is why the sex drive is so predominant. 1,ooo,ooo adults and 100,000 children every single year go missing in the united states alone ...not murders not suicides ....where do they go...they are abducted and eaten or experimented upon

  • I actually thought something like that, when i walked into a building and saw all the missing persons posted on the wall. the wall was covered

with missing persons and I had to wonder where did these people go, what the fuck happened to all these people, i am still baffled!

  • people run away, people get abducted, hell people get kidnapped and sold to underground markets in third-world countries. Not to say what your saying is false, anything is possible, and that is something iv pondered. But missing people isnt the number one piece of evidence that we are a seeded race.

  • ever heard of the yakuza or the triads? thats their entire business - slave trade.

  • thats the case for all theories...thats why they never hold up. Mine is just as believable as "aliens seeded the human race" :P

  • I just made my first ayahuasca brew. I'm planning on embarking tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm a poor college kid so I can't afford the $1500 trip but after college with a good income I'd definitely be up for it.

  • be very careful........i do not recommend doing medicine near the city centers. the psychic energy is too dense and the infiltration of dark entities is a high risk!!!!

  • Yes..I plan on doing in the forest by myself. I have already made this mistake by smoking salvia divinorum in my loud apartment complex. I was bombarded by evil spirits. I had no idea of the potential of this plant. I hear DMT can be just as intense. I'm planning on waiting until I have a couple days off then journey off into a secluded area of nature somewhere. I hope to gain insight in my life and figure out what career I wish to pursue.

  • It would be awesome if I could do something along the lines of what you do Scott. Entheogenic plants literally saved my life. I probably would have killed myself by now because of my depression if my encounter with healing plants didn't take place. I'm sorry to hear about your brother man. I've lost people to Hard drugs to. Spread the truth man. Peace =)

  • Im interested in hearing your perception of Salvia compared to DMT after you had this experience.

  • They are both similar but salvia seems to be more disorientating. Both are really intense beyond your wildest imaginations so be careful!

  • MNJST you should stop deceiving yourself, and stop believing in fairy tales. Jesus doesn't exist - God 4,20.

  • funny, very funny. god loves good humor.

  • Have you ever stopped to consider you might be deceived? Some of the most sick people on our earth (present and past ) subscribe to that belief, and it doesn't seam that they have found the "way" to anything other than hatred and deep imbalance. Peace

  • lol STFU!

  • God is a concept by which we measure our pain. There is no made up deity that's going to save your ass.

  • god is a creation of a group of people for ulterior means; perhaps to defy the state during roman times. religious books; talmud, bible are the first forms of mind control and propaganda, it's the first time man started to realize the power they could achieve over others and themselves through literature by developing a belief system. there are many many gods; greek, roman, norseman, native american, aztez, arabian... etc. believe in the earth and mother nature thats a good one.

  • very well said my brother!

  • believe in the earth... wtf do you mean?

  • DMT and mushrooms are both tryptamine (neuro-transmitter) based chemicals, DMT is produced in your brain naturally its absolutely harmless. See Terence McKenna & Co. P.S dont blame the christer his boundaries just need dissolving!

  • I'm sorry vigilantedog03, but i think you are sadly misinformed. Ayahuasca is not a drug, it is a sacriment. Drugs are for people who want to get "high" & i wouldn't call this experience getting high, this is not a toy. Besides if you were really a Christian you wouldn't be judging others for taking a different path from you & acting as if though you are above anyone who chooses to live differently to you.

  • it is actually considered medicine and a way to open the heart.....something very appropos for today. it is medicine for the sickness that is plaguing humanity and affecting other species. if you've never tried the medicine i recommend it b4 u judge others. it may just dismantle your religious beliefs. jesus of the CHRIST(light). MUCH LOVE!

  • amen

  • is taking mushrooms (containing DMT) a cheap version of this without the shamans and the ceremonies?

i wish i could go down there. i have a lot of friends who are not open minded. kinda feel alone on subjects like this.

  • i feel Ayahuasca is much more powerful. Ayahuasca ceremonies are done with shaman who sets an "arcana" of protection for the pilgrims who participate. the ceremony creates a certain respect for the medicine and the shamanic journey. one CAN have a very powerful shamanic experience with mushrooms although i recommend doing it as far into nature as possible.

  • Terence McKenna says ayahuasca is the most powerful hallucinogen(?)/psychotropic(?).

if he says that you know it's not bullshit. and of course the tribes in the amazon seem to think so too. or at least the best one.

  • musrhooms dont' contain DMT. There is no "cheap version" of DMT

  • just so u know...the psycho-active component in mushrooms is psilocybin and psilocin not dmt.

  • hmm im flying to Peru tomorrow...my friends have taken the Ayahuasca....im kinda a little afraid to..

  • I live in UK. Cant afford to go to wayyy down south. So if anyone knows of Ayahusaca sessions here in UK, please let me know. I have never experienced it!

  • I was wondering where would be the best place to partake in the ritual? I was thinking, Brazil via Santo Daime. Any recommendations?

  • i have never been attracted to organized religions so the sante diame church never resonated with me. working with indians without an agenda always has. scott peterson makes available authentic indigenous ceremonies with crystal clear direction and incredible service at his shamanic healing center in the middle of the Amazon. my recomendation is to experience the medicine @ refugioaltiplano

  • Where do you think? What I think doesn't matter. You are your own Shaman. Read up on it first, tho.

  • I have researched this for months and I recommend Scott Peterson's Refugio Altiplano. I have not stayed there but I have seen and heard beautiful things about it. I am going in march14-23rd. SEnd me a message if you are interested or certifiedhealthnut

  • Sting of The Police partook w/ them. I was considering Blue Morpho, but the guy that owns the place Hamilton Souther raised his price from 800 to 1600 dollars after an article in National Geographic. Anyone w/ a good recommendation?

  • contact scott, this guy, at refugioaltiplanoDOTorg he can set you up. tell him you saw it on you tube and your beef with blue morpho price. scotts place is TOP NOTCH with incredible service and he has to be one of the most intelligent wise men i have ever met on the planet. any place worth it's salt is going to cost money though.

  • Chestnut, how much do they charge?

  • contact scott at refugioaltiplano@lycosDOTcom

  • The taking of ayahuasca has been associated with a long list of documented cures: the disappearance of everything from metastasized colorectal cancer to cocaine addiction, even after just a ceremony or two. It's thought to be nonaddictive and safe to ingest. Yet Western scientists have all but ignored it for decades, reluctant to risk their careers by researching a substance containing the outlawed DMT.

  • read DMT: The Spirit Molecule by Dr. Rick Straussman. Also, "The Cosmic Serpent" by Jeremy Narby. From there get into Daniel Pinchbeck, Graham Hancock, Michael Tsarion, Michaefl Harner, Francis Crick, John Lilly, William Henry.

  • I have read both of Pinchbecks books and I have to they were quite intriguing. Thats where I found the inspirations to actually go seek out ayahuasca for myself. I definetely would like to check out your other recommendations when I get the time. Thanks!

  • DMT?

  • DMT = Dimethyltryptamine "the spirit molecule"

There the book "DMT: the spirit molecule" which is very good. DMT is the/a active neurological molecule in spiritual experience.

  • trying this in your own house via products from the internet is FINE and a LOT cheaper!! not everybody can afford these expensive holidays!! If you are of sound mind and not a silly boy/girl and treat the plant with respect then doing this in your house will be just as rewarding and a lot easier on your wallet..

    Peace

  • having a shaman is a very important aspect to this journey, one can go to very unfriendly places with no help to get out if done by oneself, please use caution when taking such powerful substances.Peace

  • Yes but it all has to do with intentions and not going in with expectations. Also, environment plays a huge role because if you are in a urban setting it can distract you with that culture. Highly recommend being in the woods/jungle with experienced ayahuasqueros. Money comes and goes but this experience will last a lifetime.GOOGLE ayahuasca forums. Tons of beneficial information on there.

  • Thank You. I finished the journey into my mind and my deep inner body. Please be advised to all wanting to try this: This is not a DURG. If your looking for a HIGH or some other LSD trip, forget about this... The effects of this ceremony will last me a lifetime. 4 days of healing, I was able to stop smoking and better yet i have convinced myself to stay away from a long time addiction; GAMBLE AT THE CASINOS. If anyone would like to talk to me, my email is dgebhardt79 at hotmail dot com.

  • i highly recommend the medicine if you are attracted to it. i call it medicine because i like you thought of it as a drug. after taking Ayahuasca i realized how INTELLIGENT the plant was and that it has the ability to heal at the core level. the halucinigenic component is only 1 of the factors that you may or may not experience. regardless you will get exactly what you need not necessarily what you want

  • yes my friend but shamanic healing is not childs play. if one opens them self up to other dimensions with out protection they are open to interdimensional beings that might not respect your free will and take your human form for a ride. the human being is the most technilogical advanced peace of equipment in the universe, beings of the dark would be happy to piggy back that experience. much love

  • what you said was the utmost truth, Troy.

  • you can buy ayahuasca kits on the internet legally....77$ for 5 trips

  • If u are thinking of taking ayahuasca u bought on internet, by yourself...

maybe in ur city appartment...I have a big piece of advice: DON'T.

  • That's why it's called hallucination, ah mean healing.

  • You, sir, are a genius. $1533. Is that just for the ceremnonies? Would I have to orginise my board & lodging on top of that? How many other acolytes would be participating?

  • get yourself to iquitos and we will take care of the rest...food, lodging, fishing, swimming with the piranahs, going to villages. i'm looking to shoot a documentary so probably 10 or more people.

  • hey me and my brother are debating on taking a trip to try it, has there been known deaths from it? i am a naturally paranoid guy and take extreme caution with everythng. i am not looking to dry this plant for a drug experiences but rather an educational one

  • great video

  • Nice one Troy... and on the seventh day he said... Thou shalt not drink of the Ayahuasca... hehehehehe :)

  • Wow I am from Iquitos but never been in one of those.

  • Nice that u were in Iquitos sir.

  • yes brother, i take people down to do ayahuasca ceremony often. $1533 for 10 days, up to 8 ceremonies 10 if thy can handle it. next one is march 3rd-13th 2007. much love, troy
