  • Hi your recipe is awesome but to be precise "Gianduia" (sometimes Gianduja) doesnt mean hazelnut. Gianduia is a kind of chocolates made with hazelnuts. I think they use that name for chocolate made with hazelnuts because hazelnuts are produced in a certain region of Italy Piemonte. Traditionally Piemonte has a character (or mask referred to carnevale) called Gianduia.
