I have Righteous Path on my Ipod. walking home from work it would come on and I'd always be blown away by the lyrics... don't know why I haven't looked into this band further, they are amazing!
"I overheard Cooley being asked by a friend what it all meant and his response was how 'It's really hard for me to find a suit that fits me right.'" - Patterson Hood
Gotta admit, I do miss Jason Isbell in the fold. He really added that melodic, flowing, shimmer to their sound. Small stages don't leave much room for three big egos, but damn...it just seemed so perfect.
this band is just blow you away amazing seen them live and just....WOW!!!!!!!

That's John Neff. He's been playing with the Truckers for years. He actually played on the very first DBT record.
He's totally a badass, and he's a much bigger part of the band since Isbell left. He's a full fledged trucker now.
