Although I love both Roth & Hagar eras of VH, I don't recall Sammy ever talking to a crowd in Spanish. Dave definitely had the multi-cultural vibe going on. Dave's just as funny in Spanish as he is in English.

sure. Just download an application called Free Youtube to Mp3 converter from DVDVIdeoSoft. Then install it. Then all you need is copy the links from the videos onto the program and then it will download and convert the video to an audio file.

After you download all the audio files you want just burn they to a CD, creating then an audio CD.

Houston, THE EGO HAS LANDED! Dave has an amazing voice, but the ego? it's too much. I know that it's part of his personality, but he could lighten up a bit. I think that's exactly what he's trying to do on the 2007 tour, and he's being pretty succesful at it.

excellent guitar playing by eddie! ed is a freak, no one can really copy the way he plays. he's lucky he's blessed with good ears that he can make his wierd approach to guitar work great, coz it's just so unorthodox in the way he plays. alex van halen's playing is very boring. i think with a better drummer, they would have been even better than they already were. ed's guitar sounds very intricate, mike holds it together well with the bass, but alex's drums doesn't seem to be upto par.

Oh yeah... and that's not Edwards 'Frankestrat' either... it's the copy he made in the Kramer Factory - also pictured in one of the Kramer ads... I assume that all the story's of playing South America and losing gear scared him a bit... he almost lost that famed Marshall on the First Tour to Japan, he wouldn't want his guitar going 'South'.

saw them on the fair warning tour front row and noone can ever take the place of dave although i saw them with sammy and he shocked me at how good he was dave was the best miss those screams and his onstage antics fit right in with the bands image we all miss you dave its a shame they can't put thier differences aside even to this day

I actually agree. Although Eddie is an AWESOME guitar player, his in-ability to work with people is what ruins it. David Lee Roth, Sammy Hagar, Gary Cherone, and now Michael Anthony all kicked out at one point. Think about it. I hope the '07 tour works out.
