I dont understand why we can't just accept both games as an acceptable form of good entertainment. I play modern warfare 2 and battlefield bad company 2 and I love them both. They are both way involve way different styles of gameplay. We should all come to the realization that both these games are fun and interesting and respect both games for what they are. Not beating people up over the internet because they don't like either game. They're both gonna be great.

Battlefield games have a different feel compared to COD games. BF3 will have better graphics due to their new frostbite engine but overall I prefer COD game play over BF3. Also, screw team work I prefer to be in first place every game... makes the game more fun when they know you are the best on the team

But I agree and disagree with your hope for the (I'm guessing) gameplay to be different from CoD4, because the CoD4 formula, as you admitted initially with its addictiveness, is a sound gameplay foundation.
