How can it be a crime scene without any reported crime? Weren't they just searching the place? If it's correct that Danish police has the right to search a building without a warrant it's a fucking discrase.
If this was in a movie, I would think it was a little over the top and unrealistic. Police actually confiscated bicicles during the climate summit! And as far as I know they also arrested a guy for using a leatherman multitool inside a workshop!
DK police pretty much designed the new law themselves. It gives them almost limitless rights and hardly any obligations. And they have seemingly unlimited resources during the COP15.
the police is reacting way out of proportions, im happy that my friends at bolsjefabrikken stay so calm so the contrast to the wild and ilegal approach of the police is stronger. nobody in Denmarks administration takes this serious, we need international media to put pressure on the danish state and so forth. even there i dont trust in the media/state to solve this crisis cause they are responsible for establishing it.

Really. They don't need any papirs. They present the search in curt within 24 hours and all is "dandy". So No papirs....AT ALL

remember these people aren't english, and when they talk english they might use words that aren't a 100% correct.
And bolsjefabrikken is not private. Its paid for by the state.

The laws police use in ths instance were ment to prevent serious crime and terrorism.
Not for confiscating bicycles and multitools.
And why the hell does the policeman shut down the camera ?
The policeman can send press away so they dont disturb the search, but shutting down the cam, nono.
