It's truly amazing how these elected blow-hards pass themselves off as scientific experts. Any climatologiest worth their salt will admit that there is no reasonable way they can measure the ocean's impact on heating and cooling. It's simply too big and too dynamic...though most of the puffy PH d's won't admit it.
