I've voted third party in every election since 1980. But I'm very careful about who gets my "wasted" vote. Do you have a platform written up? What kind of organisation support do you have -- are you really prepared to deal with ballot access? Do you have a tangible track record that qualifies you as a candidate? If a better placed 3rd party candidate appears, will you pull out? Are you hoping to appeal to socially conservative voters, or are you only targeting the Left?
@Eseress I have as much foreign policy experience as Jimmy Carter did when he brought Israel and Egypt together at Camp David, which brought peace between the two countries.
Before Carter became President, he had no foreign policy experience.
The Camp David Accords were the result of 18 months of intense diplomatic efforts by Egypt, Israel, and the United States that began AFTER Jimmy Carter became President.
