This ad was first seen around 1967, and probably appeared during the third of Frank Sinatra's "A Man and His Music" specials, which were also sponsored by Budweiser [Ed McMahon announcing]. No other beer had a better pitchman than Ed...when he told you to "Pick-a-Pair" in the spring and summer (that is, buy TWO packs of Bud instead of just one), you did!
