Well, I was just saying if a woman wants an abortion and can't get one because of a law, then it would logically follow that the birth would be a forced birth. Simple as that. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

You do know that 46% of women who have abortions didn't use any contraceptive method during the month they became pregnant. No pills no condoms, nothing. That's almost half. The current federal Hyde Amendment applies only to funds appropriated through the annual Health and Human Services (HHS) appropriations bill. It does not apply to any of the funds used to establish/operate the abortion component of the "public option" in Obamacare (HR 3962). The same is true of any abortion premium subsidy program created by this bill. When the bill comes to the House floor, a separate amendment would be needed to stop HR 3962 from covering federal funding of abortion-on-demand.
