if your wanting an ibanez in that price range for metal or any other style to some exctent, get an ibanez S, I have an S470, id recomend the S320wb, simply because theres no difference in build quality or function of the S seriese guitars bitween £290 and £550, so the cheapert one, (S320) is ur best bet, i only got the 470 because you get an extra middle pickup. but for metal S320 is the best, id recmend it far above the RG series or ANY other guitar for the price. Period
yes it is floating, You cannot pull up very much because the cavity below the bridge is not dug out very much. But this guitar goes out of tune quite easily, at least for me it does, so i wouldn't recommend it anyways.
Let me start by saying that I LOVE this guitar! That being said, yes, the action works both ways on the trem, but proceed with caution. I got a little to "rock" with mine, I guess, and one of the bolts that attached the trem to the body came loose from it's socket. I've since set it where it no longer moves, and it still plays great, but I don't think the trem is meant to do what a floyd rose does. In hindsight, that should've been rather obvious, I suppose. :/
Do you mean the bridge is not good ? Does the guitar stays in tune well after several bends, dives ? How is the sustain ? Can it be replaced with a Wilkinson VSVG for instance ? Thanks
It stays in tune reasonably well if you don't use the whammy, There is not much sustain at all. but then again its not the worst I've played. G string CONSTANTLY goes out of tune however. maybe its just mine, idk. I'm sure you could probly replace the tremolo if you wanted to.
I agree. The only things that really stand out about this guitar are it's looks and it's comfort. Neck is the best of any guitar I've owned, but I've definitely played on smoother necks. It's still my pride and joy, though. I threw some Evo 2's in it.
does anyone else here have terrible fret buzz with the D and G strings? I do. Great guitar, though.

This guitar is beautiful but the bridge is not such a quality, guitar is in middle range, clean is good and humbucker is preaty noise.
