If you fire both of them and fire rate is double, it makes sense. If you fire one of them but fire rate is faster than single MP, it doesn't make sense anymore.
they should keep the fire rate the same, just give it the recoil of the berret... and keep the buff on the scorpion and G18, those guns are weak as it is. and the MP9 i don't really care, its good as non akimbo.
the machine pistols clip size is too big!!! g18 clip size should be the max! a good akimbo nerf would be forcing the player to reload 1 gun at a time who agrees? there shouldnt be a secondary excluding launchers which can demolish the whole enemy team, only a primary should!

Akimbo FMG9's were OP before the patch, and they are automatically unlocked, i hate these cheap assed guns, striker and PP09M1 needs a fix too i used the type 95 for a while (I run & gun) and it got Nerfed before these obvious op Weapons.

@jimbob234567890 I don't feel an issue with the pp90m1, it is a high fire rate but the range is pretty bad. I do agree on the fmg9 and especially the striker. The striker with damage is just so over powered that it makes anyone a good player. They need to turn down the fire rate on it. They should also add some recoil to the ACR.

I've been complaining about this nerf for a while now, but I finally understand WTF they did. You see, the akimbo weapons had a glitch that literally built in rapid fire. For example, the single FMG9 shoots at about 1034, however, akimbo shoots at 1200. All they did was made it so akimbo doesn't get that "rapid fire" effect anymore. They now shoot the way they were supposed to in the first place, but it took them so long to notice this. Hell, if we had this fire rate fix before, Id've adapted.

So umm.. how do these speeds compare to the speeds prior to the patch? Right now your only comparing singles to akimbos, not the actual speeds between the two patches.
I think the patch actually works in PS3; I don't notice any increases to fire rate. The FMG9s do feel like they boast lower recoil, though, however, I might have just gotten used to it.

@Eminem117Nas Bullshit. Two bullets while spraying and you could get lucky and get a 1 shot headshot. Snipers sometimes need 2 bullets to kill, but they have a slower rate of fire than the mk14. All in all go fuck yourself for thinking that gun takes skill to use you stupid whore.

Akimbo FMG9's were OP before the patch, and they are automatically unlocked, i hate these cheap assed guns, striker and PP09M1 needs a fix too i used the type 95 for a while (I run & gun) and it got Nerfed before these obvious op Weapons.

@jimbob234567890 The type 95 isn't even OP any more. It takes about 4 bursts to kill from long range and 2 most of the time from medium range sometimes 3. Close range of course it's going to be 1 burst kill but the flinch kills this gun. Proven my point

@jimbob234567890 I don't feel an issue with the pp90m1, it is a high fire rate but the range is pretty bad. I do agree on the fmg9 and especially the striker. The striker with damage is just so over powered that it makes anyone a good player. They need to turn down the fire rate on it. They should also add some recoil to the ACR.

I've been complaining about this nerf for a while now, but I finally understand WTF they did. You see, the akimbo weapons had a glitch that literally built in rapid fire. For example, the single FMG9 shoots at about 1034, however, akimbo shoots at 1200. All they did was made it so akimbo doesn't get that "rapid fire" effect anymore. They now shoot the way they were supposed to in the first place, but it took them so long to notice this. Hell, if we had this fire rate fix before, Id've adapted.

I think the patch actually works in PS3; I don't notice any increases to fire rate. The FMG9s do feel like they boast lower recoil, though, however, I might have just gotten used to it.

I will be happy if these guns get nerfed or removed. I'll forgive IW if the troll the users of FMG9s by making them kill the user when fired XD trololololololol. but forreal, this needs to be fixed, I can't stand that a default gun is better than primaries.
