  • I just started Alli, I am kinda scared about what people are saying about liver damage! Do you think it is safe?

  • You should be doing more intense cardio, not just walking. Need at least 30 minutes on eliptical a day. You don't have to eat small portions either. After my workout I'll eat 4 egg whits and 1 full egg ( protein), a small piece of bread, 3 slices of Cooked Ham. That's only 300 cal. Another meal which is full of protein - 30 shrimp (boiled in water), small piece of bread and a shrimp dip - 300 cals. You just have to do a bit of research. Chicken, turkey, lean pork cuts - all very low in cals

  • Glad this works but you are still eating way to much bad crap, for a lack of better words. All the sugar you eat causes insulin spikes in your body which promotes fat storage like nothing else. You are also not lifting weights and you are not eating enough protein. This means you are in a catabolic state and your body will burn your muscle for energy. about 25-30% of the weight you lose is muscle. Finally, you should never take fat burners, they are detrimental to your liver and kidneys.

    My friend is thinking of taking the 'Alli pill' however every know and then she likes to have a drink ALOT lol. She was wondering whether or not she will poop it out as we understand it can be uncontrolable. I would appreciate alot if you could reply to this,
