The very UNsold Cupola penthouse with three wonderful terraces.

Three fixes are needed to move this property:

(1) Move the commode OUT of the shower stall!

(2) Return the uppermost floor to a large master bath with a near silent battery-powered lift for non-stair access.

(3) Stay with a library-themed master bedroom but take out half of the shelving and put in enclosed storage space, add a closet near the bump-out by the spiral staircase, thus semi-obscurring the staircase from view.
