TweetBot: Best iPhone Twitter App

I'm looking for a some Twitter app that would, for example, if I'm on the home screen, or using another app, will I get a notification from the tweet app when a tweet I'm following posts a new tweet? Would Tweetbot do this? I'm finding from experience that many Twitter apps do not notify you when a tweet you're following has posted a new tweet, and I always have to check for new tweets manually. If Tweetbot could solve this problem, I'll buy it! Thanks for the recommendations and advice.

I love this app. The only things I noticed so far that are missing are Geo Located tweets around your location & customize your bit.ly account. Other than that, it pretty much covers everything and wraps it in a super sexy UI.

Tweetbot is overly designed. I actually prefer a sexy application, but some of the Apple UI elements are cool as well. Twitter for iPhone still blows away Tweetbot when scrolling to view tweets.
