@eliveth918 I'm wondering the same thing! My best guess as to who the suspect might be is Ziva. Reason I said that is she was a suspect once before. Remember when the FBI was looking for her and she called Gibbs for help and he came back from Mexico to clear Ziva's name? She also withheld information from the team when Michael Rivkin was killed by Tony. Even though she was always innocent, she is shady at times. I'm probably wrong though. I think whoever it is, it's gonna shock everybody.

Agree that it's Ziva but for a different reason. She's dating CIRay and NCIS does not have a very good reputation with the other agencies like the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. The new SecNav wants to protect NCIS' integrity so he thinks CIRay is sleeping with Ziva to get secrets from NCIS. And because it's already established that Tony and Ziva are the principal partners on Team Gibbs, he's using Tony's friendship with Ziva to uncover the truth.

Heh. I'm not always right. I have made mistakes.

I talked to another NCIS fan and she says she believes it's McGee because of his "Deep Six" book. She says she thinks the way McGee writes his stories is probably cause for alarm and the new SecNav thinks McGgee is selling secrets through his book through obscure perhaps even cryptic language.

Right, I hope it is Ziva because if there was any reason for Tiva to hook up, it would be this kind of mission for Tony. It would force him to look at Ziva in different way. I don't (and won't) know how but here's hoping Tiva consummates in Season 9.

This is what I wanted to happen with them in Pyramid: while EJ is being attacked by Cobb (which we saw at the end of "Swan Song"), the rest of the team turn up to help (Gibbs, Tony, McGee and Ziva) and Gibbs orders Ziva to go in from behind to catch him off guard but he notices her and leaves EJ fighting for her life on the ground to go off and fight the highly trained Mossad assassin, Ziva. Agree. The Season 8 DVD is tentatively slated for release on August 23rd (Region 4: September 1st). And then about a month later, Season 9 premieres. I don't know the exact date when S9 will premiere but I've read speculations that it will be September 20th.
