I hear a semblance of groove in this music when it becomes polyrhythmic, otherwise, the drummer holds down the groove. What they need is a Chapman stick player to nail everything together.

Listen to the Warr guitar and drummer, they're actually not bad at all. Seriously.
At 0:49, it becomes evident that the yellow guitar player isn't musical at all and can't harmonize for shit. Take him out of the picture, and this song will become legit prog metal.
