Why even compare artists?!?!? Sam Sparro wrote this incredible song, including the arrangement, and for that he has the right to say he created it. If you've ever been through a withdrawal/trauma or have any sort of mental illness, the lyrics are frighteningly reminiscent of that time.

Perry did a great job covering it, and if you were to ask my OPINION, I still like Sparro's original rendition, but they both have great talent.
