Just drag the ringtone u create on the name Library and it will show,

then connect ur iPhone, and go to Ringtone , and check box the Sync , and then Apply

when you do all the steps you sync phone, you click on the ringtones tab and select sync ringtones and sync it to your phone, then on your phone you go under settings > sounds> and set it as your ringtone

OMG! THANK YOU! THIS IS AMAZING! For Windows 7 users (I felt like a genius!) we have to go to our Control Panel, click "Folder Options" vs the Vista Users with "Appearance and Personalization". @antonisaelistas Go to the main itunes page where you see your device (iphone). Click at the top of the page where you see "ringtone". Make sure that your ringtone is selected. Hope that helps! :)
