This problem is fixed, i think. Or the sync just got better. Well, i mean when i shoot EXACTLY in the player it takes damage even when moving, but sometimes it doesent take damage. The reasons of it may be: 1.You have lagged for a little while. 2. The player lags a lot. 3. You missed, try again :D

This will apply to all online games.

The difference is that SA-MP has really bad sync.

If you look at MTA you can shoot much closer to the target even though it is the same game AND has so many more features.

Even on official online modes this still helps if you have slow internet.

It drops the lag if a pc is slow this is a diffrent type of lag! this is internet lag. And it is in everything you do. When you phone someone whos miles away you have a lag too dont you? ;) at least i do when i call my relatives who live 1000 km away from me in a island on the ocean :P

its because light speed ,the speed that data transfers, aint instataneous. tts ALMOST instataneous but never instataneous ;)

The same goes to internet lag.
