It's funny how they're just a little off on all the tech. 1- TV would never pick up the 2Ghz signal, since tuners are incompatible. 2- I doubt the NSA would use unencrypted video surveillance equipment, so it would never just display on TVl 3- Satellites would not stay in place long enough to be of tactical use during a chase (unless then had one geo-sync on DC)
