@mabyvideos u need compiz, when u get it, then u have to activate mouse zoom or w/e it is, but u have to have compiz, then after u enable it, press Super+m

Great tutorial again. But, I have a fear with this one. If I do all this, and I hate it, can I get the old tool bar back?

Good question! I was going to add it to the video but that time limit of 10 minutes that youtube has is restricting. On your top panel right click and select add new panel. A panel will appear on the bottom. Right click on this one and select add to panel. Select Windows List and you will be back to the default form. I feel written instructions are a bit tougher to follow so if you need a video on how to do this let me know.
