  • one word...PATHETIC! i understand alot of people are going to criticize me for saying this about their beautiful, precious Colombia, but i have been there, i have seen things first hand, and there is absolutely NO proper military, police, public official or ANY kind of real protection for the people! police and immigration officials are FULLY aware of smuggling that goes on because they are part of it! money can buy anything in that country and if you have it, you can get away with ANYTHING!

  • plane to europe. he does this on a weekly basis and he smuggles fucking kilo's and kilo's of cocaine into europe, america, canada and many other places and he has been doing it for around 12 years. anyone seen it? if so, where can i watch it again? thanks. it was really interesting.

  • i saw a program called drug wars (i think) on a random station quite while ago and am trying to find it on here. if anyone knows what i mean. on the program i saw, about half way through. a guy from colombia or mexico and he was a cocaine smuggler. it fuzzed his face out obviously but he was shown on tv putting coke in capsules and putting something else around the capsules then putting a coat of wax over each capsule and then swallowing them. he swallowed around 120 capsules and then got the

  • Governments are only so anti drugs because they cant manufacture and sell drugs as "Traffickers" do,the can't STAND to see anyone being more popular and having more money than the government. The average person in the street doesn't give a shit whether south america produces one ton or a bullion tons per year. You cannot stop it,ever. What the colombian gov can't see is that the more they dont give a shit about 90% of the populace, the more that 90% support the cartels who help them.

  • Escobar was killed by the US because he actually brought people together. The whole idea of sustaining a "drug war" is to sustain instability and keeping the country weak so the US can meddle when they need to.

  • Fuck the USA u fucking gringos ainght shit Colombia its beautiful place u bastards making as all look bad take a look at ur self the USA is one of the most dirty country in the world from ur goverment to the people in it

  • COLOMBIA not COLUMBIA YOU FUCKING GRINGOS

  • @xGLITCHESx Columbia means Colombia In English, as Deutschland means Germany in German, you moron.

  • @danielrep no dude, you are mistaken. Columbia is not the English translation for Colombia.

  • @jyg361 Yes, it is: Columbia comes from Columbus (English version for Colombo or Colón), while Colombia comes from Colón - Colombo (Spanish - Italian). That´s why you don't say British Colombia but British Columbia. In proper Spanish should be "Colombia Británica", not Columbia Británica, as people incorrectly say it in the Spanish-speaking world...

  • @danielrep You are absolutely correct about the etymology thing: Columbia and Colombia are the English and Spanish versions of Colombo respectively. But there is no official English translation for the country of Colombia. Columbia is common mistake in the US because of the numerous cities named Columbia, the District of Columbia and the British Columbia in Canada. En Castellano, no estoy seguro de q exista una traduccion oficial de "Columbia Británica" como vos piensas... Tchao!

  • @danielrep Bollox, you go look in a english world atlas, and then take it back ya fuckin runt.

  • @xGLITCHESx Knowone gives a shit .Just supply us with cocaine and stfu.:D

  • are you crazy colombia colombia is not like that you only show the bad thinks can you look the good thinks??

  • THERE WILL BE NO WAR ON DRUGS.

    ONLY WAR ON HUMANS!

  • The U.S. and CIA have been importing cocaine into this country since the 80s. look up the mena airforce base incidents. Reagan, bush, clinton were all part of it. The IMF screwed columbia just like every other impovershed country they get involved with.

  • WTFFFFF!!!! im colombian and i live in bogotaaaa!! this is not true at all!!!

  • @mavagiraldo

    Yes it is..

From the 1980's to the early 2000's it's been like this. But after the Pablo Escobar era the cartels learned not to be so extravagant as to not get caught. They also use different routes to get the coca into the USA.

So what you have now is them sending drugs to Mexico, that is why there is a drug war in Mexico, because of the influx of Colombian Cocaine.

I presume you are young and live in a rich part of Bogota. But in the other parts of Colombia it is like this.

  • @mavagiraldo u live in colombia and you speak english?

  • @belacw yees I speak english and I also speak italian and french, colombia is not like it is shown in the video. it is full of nice and kind people. I dont know who the fuck did this video but he is completely wrong.

  • @mavagiraldo yeah right.

  • You mispelled Colombia in the title. I came looking for Columbia university LOL

  • USA deal in Naracotics!

They operate the Worlds opium trade in cooperation with Afghanistan!

  • making drugs illegal creates more problems then it solves especially for economy, they spending billions of dollars on this "war on drugs" n they dont have much success in it n they wont coz drugs r here n they r not going anywhere, if they legalize it they could have a better control of it, n economy of some countries would rise, but we wont see that happening coz of tobacco n alcohol companies... im not saying drugs r good or bad, u need to think twice before taking them but they r here...

  • @im2PacsFather no in english is colombia also

  • Governments are just groups of greedy assholes, masked by their laws, politics and fake morals.Anything that doesnt fill their own pockets is marked illegal, its just because of average stupid populations that act as herds in governments domain that this goes on.People really need to stop their role of humble servants, because all they really do is make those same greedy assholes look like idols of general population.Open your fucking eyes, something isnt right just because someone else says it is.

  • Stupid columbians

  • All of this, because Americans cannot stop their little cocaine habit. I really hope one day they'll get all the y've done back.

  • smartest grower i've ever seen. 17:42-17:55. that.

  • weed is what i think we all need

  • all u guys are idiots

  • Cocaine Is a Hell of a Drug.

  • this no longer happens in Colombia

this news is 30 years ago

  • The problem isn't the drug it's the Cartel's, so why doesn't the government just take over the drug trade, or declare areal war and go for the Cartel's direct? The big money isn't getting scratched but the earth and the poor are getting scorched. We give the illussion of carring when anyone can see this is a Greed Fest at the expense of the poor. Now here we are in 2011 and coke is just as abundant as ever, pot is everywhere you go and smack is now mixed with ecstacy. Nothing new here.

  • ITS ALL THE ELITE WHO DO THIS AND THE CENTRAL BANKERS, IS BECAUSE OF THESE FUCKS THAT INNOCENT PEOPLE DIE, STOP USING COCAINE AND GET HIGH ON LIFE

  • @iguanarc life is boring though, especially if you have a small penis like me

  • it's Colombia with an 'O' not with an 'U' dumbasses

  • I have been to Colombia many times and to those who make bad comments about Colombia just because of the media, please stop and culturize your self before being ignorant. I am an American and I can tell you that Colombia is a beautiful country to visit. There are "GUIDES" to show you around, just like the US or enywere else if you go to the wrong place you will get mug. Colombia is gorgeous, the food, the people, the women, the culture, people are so educated , Visit, you'll be amazed. COLOMBIA

  • @thelalusan

"please stop and culturize your self before being ignorant"

I believe you mean "educate yourself before being ignorant". You learn about the culture, hence "education."

Other than the nitpicking over word usage, you are correct that many bad comments primarily come from the less savory aspects of the country being predominantly recognized, eclipsing positive aspects and, thus, helping to foster unfair stereotypes.

  • Columbia may be a terrible place but COLOMBIA is a beutifull place one of the best in the world!

  • @thelalusan

America isn't bad. The USA has many positives as well as many negatives but, more importantly, it's different.

Many people have a tendency to confuse differences with negatives. It's not an unnatural reaction, however, because it stems from observing the unfamiliar. You know what they say about "fearing what one doesn't understand."

(FYI, to those unfamiliar, "Columbia" is an effeminate form of the name "America," which is why it shouldn't be confused with "Colombia.")

  • @Watcher3223 you're doing a really good job of saying nothing while trying to sound smart. but i guess you're probably just some school taught yuppie.

  • @BuddhaMUD "you're doing a really good job of saying nothing while trying to sound smart. but i guess you're probably just some school taught yuppie."

And what is your contribution? A criticism that doesn't exactly stand up to history.

For instance, when prohibition against alcohol was rescinded in the United States in 1933, it's amazing how organized crime relying on alcohol kind of became disorganized when its one product could no longer be sold at prices that justified their existence.

  • @BuddhaMUD

Secondly, why are you contributing nothing to a discussion yourself; a case of the "pot calling the kettle black."

Your discussions are simplistic, perhaps even more so than you realize yourself.

  • @BuddhaMUD "you really think that if cocaine was somehow legalized that drug cartels would just give up"

It boils down to competition. If the gov. legalized with taxation imposed on drugs:

    1. How can a criminal org. compete against legal providers and the gov.?

    2. Why would a criminal org. partake in something that isn't illegal, eliminating the reason WHY they can charge a lot?

    3. If you REALLY want to get a gov. you don't have on the take on your ass, just threaten their revenue (taxes).

  • @BuddhaMUD

As for my posts, you took them out of context.

    I was correcting people who:

    1. Criticizing the country I am a citizen of based on assumptions from falsehoods, usually because of differences and nothing more.

    2. Helping to remind those who haven't been to Colombia to keep an open mind; drug cartels aren't all what that country is about.

You've assumed I might be some yuppie, but it's clear that you're nothing more than an asshole based entirely on how you replied. Congratulations!

  • @BuddhaMUD

And, based on your screen name, if you really are a Buddhist, well it's quite amazing how karma can be quite a bitch, eh?

Maybe next time, you won't be so condescending towards those who did not cause YOU any kind of personal affront to begin with.

  • q pena la violencia en colombia

  • columbia, what sad and terrible place.

  • kkk think their badass? they dont have anything agains the cartels

  • I don't know why people in this time are talking bad about Colombia, I understand that Colombia had bad times in the 90's, but today Colombia is a god country, I'am from Colombia and i want that these country take a good image in the head of the people, i don't want that the people only talk and said bad things about Colombia, because every people loves their own country, and I love too much my country and I wont change it for anything in the world.

  • @967Apache dear..... fucking idiot you can thrust me it is a real solution my grandfather was in german wehrmacht and he told me that dirt must be clened

  • to solve a drug problem is very easy one strategic bomber Tu 160 and one thermonuclear warhead 50 Megaton and all this garbage is clean, the city

    can be built again.

  • @eusrke yes because thats a real solution ..... fuckin idiot

  • @eusrke Wow, you're a complete moron

  • there r no good guys in this situation

  • Journeymanpictures do not even know how to spell COLOMBIA. It is NOT Columbia. Columbia is an state, and COLOMBIA is a country in South America.

  • @mmejio who the fuk cares biatch!

  • @Mr666mob Maybe you don't, I do because I am Colombian. btw, the fact that you want to start and argument and use those kind of words with me without knowing me let me conclude that YOU are an uneducated person with access to a computer. please be happy and if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all.

  • @mmejio idk how that means that I am uneducated? I can say whatever I want and i dont care what you are or who you are?

  • COLOMBIA IS PASION" VIDEO YOUR TUBE

  • " STREET CRIME UK" UNITED KINGDOM VIDEO YOUR TUBE

  • when will people learn that is colOmbia not columbia!!!

  • cocaine and all other hard core drugs should never b legallized. all you who think that shit are wild. the only drug that would have a chance at getting legalized is weed. as a pot head i believe pot could and is being used to help people andis less dangerous than alcohol. so with that im gone. LEGALLIZE IT

  • Pretty funny that the biggest drug lords involved in the cocaine trade are CIA agents. Then they can turn around and jail people who use their drugs. Pretty slick.

  • USA #1 YEAH!!!

  • 1.Not everyone who has money in Colombia is related to drugs. I would say more than 90% of the wealthy people in Colombia have a lucrative business in something else.

2.Not everyone who went to Pablo’s funeral was sympathetic with him< there was a lot of curiosity around his dead, or look Al Capone’s or the God Father’s funerals

3.Colombia’s situation is different now. Guerrilla’s power is not what it used to

4.Colombia is not anymore the biggest drug producer in the world

  • Watch this video " Smoking Fentanyl in Hells Kichen ( Real beware in San Francisco) " All four were found dead the next mourning. happened in a boarding house in bolivia

  • you dont know shit ....

the goverment is the problem, like brazil, lula are the drogdealer

  • @luizlunar Fail.

  • The country is "Colombia", not "Columbia" as the title suggests.

  • what a prick suk ur mum how are you gna go round legalizing drugs you 1 dum dick head

  • @MrOuzi .............what?

  • Emmm excuse me... But its "Colombia" from South America, not "Columbia" which is a province from Canada.

  • Using weapons in order to get Peace is as logic as use salt to sweeten your tea

  • USA fuycking sucks man fumagation this is their answer.. They just killed every living thing in that area?

Regulate the drug tade let it be amn work together.

  • @Dorisequador unfortnately - Free masons & illuminati run the world. This answers it all.

  • @shredmetalmike Massons are bussiness men and run the world yes but they are not always involved in bullshit like this.

  • @Dorisequador very true, as you said "not always". Reguardless it is a messed up world we live in! Best way to deal with it all is to just seperate from the general public & media!

    Cheers

  • @shredmetalmike No They need a Castro army man.. But one whom is smart ..

Make a deal with the CIA In the USA .

Let them bring all kinds of building ciment and fancy stuff and give them as much drugs as they want and money and power and supply's like the arabs do .. You see arabs are so rich they have trillions and live and incredable life and are building their country to paradise all from the USA oil money.

Cocaine can do the same. They should organize.

  • War is much more detrimental than any drugs. Drugs are not really that expensive, they just make them expensive by force so they can make more money from it and have war on it to sell more guns to both sides and whatnot. It's a devious plot. Probably the ill agendas of the separate institutions match somehow. But it's always the civil population that suffers!

  • why cant these idiots pull out there dick before they blow a load,i mean shit there broke as hell & have more kids than a king & queen would.morons

  • bjmckmcghmkcghkmkm

  • all this death over a stupid drug, just legalize it and stop this madness

  • @horbergaren haha, if cocaine was legalized everyone would be doing it! there would be no other businesses thriving because all people would be buying is gram after gram of yayo... more people would die of hunger because all the farmers are to busy scoring

  • @greavo13 do you really think that? if it was legal and still dangerous would you do it? thats the most absurd argument i ever heard

  • @horbergaren hm, maybe not to that extent but cocaine would become more affordable so i think more people would definitely try it

  • @horbergaren sorry, you asked a question.. legal or not i wouldn't even touch cocaine but i think a lot of uneducated people would be tempted

  • @greavo13 i think the opposite, dealers don't check your id, it's already so incredibly easy to get and dealers push people to use it. And still, if the numbers of users increase, i STILL think we should legalize it, because of the criminality and death the prohibition causes!

  • @horbergaren maybe it would be for the best then! exactly how easy is it to get a hold of it?

  • @greavo13 easy enough to make it an insignificant change of it becomes legal

  • @horbergaren how would that change anything? these guys dont give a crap if its legalized, the problem is getting it. How much control does the law have on these drug guys? none

  • @zakumownzu well i think almost all criminal gangs have their main income from drug dealing , if the government use taxpayer money to buy it and supplying the people instead of the gangs, how could the gangs then get any money to hire more people?

  • @horbergaren Very smart point

but keep in mind that not everyone is in a gang, and legalizing it would not change anything because like I said, the law does not have much control over this. In fact, legalizing it could harm the country because more people would try it, get addicted, and people would start killing each other for this silly drug. Even if you legalized it, it would not be hard for gangs to get there hands on this drug. My point being, legalizing this would not change much.

  • @zakumownzu Start killing each other over the drug? the video clearly shows all the suffering and death caused by the war on the drug. Plus i don't think more people would try it, i think the opposite, 40% of Americans have tried pot, but only about 20% have tried it in the Netherlands where it's legal. I m not completely sure on those numbers, but look up "the young turks" on youtube, i am trough arguing about this.

  • @horbergaren funny because I went to Holland last year in the winter. Tons of dutch people smoke pot, I bet that if you type in "Amsterdam" into the search bar in Google, you will find tons of photos related to sex or drugs. In that city, I actually went to a little store, like a dollar store. In that store I couldn't find a single non drug related thing. Also, those numbers cant be very accurate because how would they get the results? Maybe 40% of americans ADMIT to have tried pot.

  • @zakumownzu it's because in Holland you are allowed to smoke it in public (at least in shops), if you do it in USA you get arrested, please just think a little before you make such conclusions i am getting exhausted by all these idiots who are against legalizing

  • @horbergaren errrm.... your comment said that 20% of dutch people smoke weed. I just disagreed and now I'm an idiot? Pay attention to the comments you wrote before

btw- your arguing with a 13 year old. I wonder how you would survive against someone who actually cares about this issue

  • @zakumownzu if you don't think it should be legal, thats my first guess, but i'm telling you, look those numbers up

  • It's not a stupid drug, it a highly addictive substance that alters judgemental pathways and causes serious addiction. I know of many people who haven't used drugs and don't regret it but I know of many people who have used drugs and have lived to regret it.

  • Legislate drug importation, distribution, and sales. Won't change anything. The one thing people have to understand is when you buy drugs your not buying from your friend, your buying from a group of criminals who instill fear and terror into people to work. If legalization happens the people who operate and sell won't be legitamate business owners, it'll be criminals, our law enforcement will become corrupt. Also what kind of a message would this send to our youth, drugs are legal so its OK.

  • @seapstink Hey smart guy dont you think its funny every big terrorist or major drug affiliation has all been trained by the CIA. Hey smart guy go good bildaberg. They allow drugs trying to decrease the world population. Bottom line this word is in a spiral to doom

  • ...and also the Federal Reserve, a clique if international bankers who rule the world, the bildaberg group, and god for that matter, thats called a conspiracy theory. Heres the bottom line. The reality is kids are not little adults they need to be mentored, coached, and limits need to be set on what they are exposed to. And if your theory is correct then eliminating one country or cartel will only lead to someone else, who's just as corrupt to take over when they left off.

  • @horbergaren Thing is, if the drug were legalized it would kill more people. Its a fight that can't be won - either way, many innocent people will die. A more proactive alternative would be to offer jobs with decent wages, so people aren't forced to illegal activity just to put food on their families plates. This isn't just in Columbia either, it's a worldwide issue.

  • @davismc8 how? lets say that we legalize pot, a drug that CAN'T KILL YOU, pot is responsible for 60% of the Mexican cartels revenue, that would strike a huge blow against them, and every country that legalizes will get that money instead, plus taxes, It's a no-brainer! And how could cocaine kill more people if it was made legal? i don't think that is an issue where law makes a big difference, people needs to be able to admit they do drugs without getting locked up, that how we truly help people

  • @horbergaren the big part in Drug trade is one word GOVERMENT !

  • @MrPhasez at least the governments laws against it

  • @horbergaren ahaha LOL

  • @TheDslide whats so funny?

  • @horbergaren u got soo right

  • @TheDslide damn right I do! Now prop 19 did not pass because some stupid republicans scared the living hell out of people with their ads, lying in peoples faces. It's a no-brainer, everybody should legalize it and smoke some

  • @horbergaren exacktli dude

  • @horbergaren it's not about drugs dump junkie it's about big money

  • @MrCzarnyAfgan First of all i am not doing drugs, seacondly, what do you mean? they sell the drug to make money

  • @horbergaren countries cant legalize cuz dope price will go down it will be cheap like aspirine.

Drug cartels and mobs pay to block legalization of drugs.

Legalization= less money for drug dealers

also cartels are guerrilla so there must be death if they fight against independent country

    Think about that

  • @horbergaren theyll never do that because they wont be able to track it and if they cant track it they cant tax it ..greedy bastards

  • they make colombia seem so bad but its actually not is a beautiful country and the nicest people in the world not like in usa people here are shit

  • this stupid i was born in bogota colombia and i never saw stuff like this and today is preatty safe since now theres less cartel and drug producers and the police is stricker now

  • LONG LIVE KURDISTAN!!!

    FUCK TURKEY!!!

  • Grattez vous le cul, c'est mieux!

  • whatching this makes me appreciate how safe england really is despite peoples fears

  • does anyone else get the idea they have the best southern ameican econemy cos of the drugs trade?

  • that was so long time ago........

and my countrie is colombia not Columbia thats an state in uu.ee

  • F*CK UP SH*T

  • Gives ya a diffrent look at reality in Colombia? I'm with the peasants, those people who they paid their just rewards where mostly very young children, who probably had hungry bellies. good god thats fucked up

  • Gives ya a diffrent look at reality in Colombia? I'm with the peasants.

  • Gives ya a diffrent look at reality in Colombia

  • it's a sad and cruel document about my country.

  • Half a century of the modern "war against drugs" (not a war - wars end) has proven that stopping drug production is impossible. The drugs available and the demand for them are both higher than ever.

The "war" is an expensive waste of money which has only criminalized innocent people for making personal choices. There is now an entire criminal underclass of social outcasts based around the drug industry thanks to narrow minded conservative govts.

  • cont.

Legalize all drugs to put the drug cartels out of business and decrease HIV.

Educate the young on the risks and let people make up their own minds.

  • @soyousay18 THEY WOULD PROBABLY EXTORT WHO EVER STARTS SELLING DRUGS.

  • @soyousay18 YES YES, u my friend should be head of the worlds narctocs laws

  • @soyousay18 The average person lacks enough self control. If all drugs were all legalized, there would be absolute anarchy.

  • @Globodyne Yeah like in Amsterdam where drugs are tolerated... It's so full of anarchy........

  • @soyousay18 and the world population can go down so other people who really value life can find jobs and enough food lol... *sarcasm* ..

  • you really think that if cocaine was somehow legalized that drug cartels would just give up all that money and go work at mcdonalds? no. even if weed becomes legal in an area where there is already a black market you know damn well that its going to be violent.

some of you sound like some fucking naive idealists. i understand the concept of 'eliminating the black market' but its not as simple as you make it sound.

  • @soyousay18

im just going to guess that you love smoking pot

  • No. I arrived at my position through nothing but looking at the facts and thinking rationally.

I've never taken any illegal substances in my life.

Your question likely shows your vast ignorance of the facts.

  • @soyousay18 Widespread use of drugs can reduce the overall productivity of a country. It may be a personal choice but an individual should mind his choices in relation to his society. But yes, the problem in Columbia is such that the priority is eliminating the drug cartel who thrive on this Columbian 'Prohibition'. So legalizing all drugs is the easiest way to end the violence.

  • Stop drug production <---- Eliminate drug demand <---- Address the mental problems that lead someone to use drugs <----- Educate people to find meaning and satisfaction in constructive ways <---- Invest in real effective education
