Holy Shit. I've spent, no kidding, at least 24 combined hours over the last 6 years and 18 play throughs not able to figure this out. Well the Top one is quiet Easier cause u just have to use the common Version of the Jump, just Run on top of the Room to charge up, after that let yourself drop over the edge and try to activate the Dash in the 3~4 Row, may need some Timing but it works well ;)
