i really don't think that italians would put the olive oil in a spoon to measure it, ye they'd just go to town with the oil. its not a precise science
Wonderful video. I'm going to get the ingredients tomorrow morning, and make a whole batch. It's 1:40 am right now! Although it's winter here, and I can't grill, I'll bake the bread in the oven. Why I was looking for Bruschetta recipes? My family went out to an italian restaurant yesterday, and I had my first taste of this delicious dish. Thanks again, Don.
I liked this videao very much.. thank you.We had some bruschetta yesterday at an Italian restaurant and they used small cherry tomatoes and it was cut in circles. It was so beautifull. I really enjoyed it. But did you say you found the bread in Armenia??? Are you from Armenia or Romania. please let me know. Thank you..

I guess its easier for some (like yourself) to go to a restaurant...I mean wasn't it a waste of time to single out this video with your 5 words? Guess that didn't take much effort and wasn't a waste of time enough. You're a loser.
@DocNayan Everyone has an opinion and everyone is an expert. Impressive recipe bro. Have you ever fine diced olives and put it in the mix? I've been thinking about trying it that way. I literally just got finished making bruschetta for some friends coming over tonight and thought about adding the olives but decided against it. What are your thoughts?
you might as well made a pizza lol all you need is a good bread good olive oil vine ripe tomatoes bit of salt and fresh basil and garlic so simple a monkey could make it no big long video lol
love bruschetta!it got me through my final year exams in school-i'd make it every time i wanted a snack!and preparing it also meant i could extend my study break!i always put in a bit of balsamic vinegar aswell-gives it a bit of a kick!
My mom and I have been buying jarred bruschetta and it is very good. I am sure the fresh made is much better, but for now, that has to do. It's getting close to winter and no fresh tomatos. Can you recommed an olive oil. That's something else I love.........OLIVES! My mom was married to an Italian before she met my dad and he use to marinate olives and they were wonderful. This was many years ago. I have never been able to find olives that taste like those. Thanks for the vid!
