That's relatively cheap compared to GameStop, who sells it for $19.99 (digital download), and the developers (Reflexive Entertainment) who sell it for $6.99 (digital download). They also have it on disc. The publishers (MumboJumbo) is selling it for a limited time on disc for $4.99 (+tax and shipping) as well. After this promotion, it'll be $19.99. But they have it on Amazon for 4.99 - cheapest anywhere. Just get it there. It's well worth the price.
