This song is the bomb hey just got same machine can you give me som tips to get up to speed. I am going to expand the memory and get the cd/dvd burner. what do you think
I've noticed you've got high number Akai MPC and I do like this techno tune - so far I've seen only guys doing some boring hip hop.
I've got so far Korgs microx and R3. Now I'm looking for sampler / sequencer - would you recommend MPC 1000 to produce techno minimal tracks as yours ?
@rtofvnt All the mpc series are fabulous to make some good beats in all music style (hip hop, house, techno, jungle etc...).... there is a special "grain" in the mpc for groovy drums but if you work with Live, there is the AKAI APC 40 for this stuff...i've bought my MPC 5000 because of the virtual analog synth that really make this product dedicated to a more electro & synthetic sound than the other MPC products...thanks for the com' and excuse me for my stinky english...
Hi - thanks for your advice. That's the catch - I don't want to use any software to create music - I'm thinking about go back to playing live. I've got in my mind (budget .... ) AKAI MPC 1000 with 128MB ram and let say .... 40GB HD. I've got allready little behringer mixer for my two Korg synths, so the only thing missing is sequencer and sampler. Dont worry about the english - its not my native language as well
Really good stuff matey!!
