man some time ago around 2002 i heard a soundtrack which had tibetan flute(kitaro track type)with synth(bass type),till then i hav been searching for that track but i still haven't found it,because of that i came accross your video.
anybody who has an idea about the track i am looking for,please tell me the name.
Did you try to emulate the sound produced by a actual bamboo flute? To me it didn't sound like a flute, but loved the playing though! really soothing.
I actually modified the shakuhachi patch. Its virtually impossible to play flute with half-step instruments like the keys. It would have sounded a bit more relistic if i used the pitch bender..
oh well..this was a pure experiment. (it's actually a synth, and not samples...so it wont sound like the real instrument...but it wont sound bad either.. :)
