You need a LIVE Silver Account to get it.

Get your XBOX set up with internet and connect your account and choose to make a free account. Then go to the marketplace and purchase the add-on with MicrosoftPoints.

But if you play on the PC, you get it for free with an update.

If you're on the PC just let the game update.

But if you're playing on XBox360, then you have to go to the games down loadable content page and buy the DLC for just 560 Microsoft Points.

There's already a DLC where you get to play as the other survivors. Its called Left 4 Dead 2

No, but there's a new Versus mode. 'Streamlined' You have to play versus through for 30 minutes. There are also a few more new Survival Maps.
