The clip was well created though the words are meaningless. If you practice meditation just to come to a state of nothingness, then you will be reincarnated in a world that you have to spend a enormous period of time. It would be like you are in a deep sleep. Then, once the result of your action (the meditation) is spent, you will be reborn in one of the worlds (deity, human, demon... or animal).
