Character design was absolutely top notch. The animation was excellent as well. The lip syncing was bothersome though.... even with great voice acting. The story was somewhat bland i hate to say and doesn't completely fit the build of a pg movie with the smoking drinking etc. but obviously that didn't bother me lol. All in all i'd say you should watch this movie. The question is do you wait for the dvd release...

I just came home from seeing this in the theater about an hour ago, and I loved it! It wasn't what I expected at all. But I think that the PG rating isn't good. There are elements in this that kids won't understand, so I think the rating should be PG-13 or maybe 14A. But, al in all, I'm definatly buying the DVD :)
