My brain and my experiences with gay people tell me that homosexuality is a morally neutral condition. I don't need to be led by the hand like Muslims and Christians do. Absent a climate of condemnation, and it is proven that gay people are just as happy as heterosexuals. There is nothing whatseover that is inherently destructive about homosexuality. What you are doing is imparating preconceived notions. My sister and her partner are gay. I have two gay cousins. There is the gay male couple across the street. I have met and known the friends and acquaintances of all the aforementioned. When I needed money, I worked in a gay pub for 11 months. I also did volunteer AIDS work. The gays I have known run high into the hundreds. I can lead YOU to a better way.

What is destructive to a person's mental health is constantly being bombarded with negatives. The gay "gene" hasn't been found yet, but there is a lot of evidence suggesting genetics is involved or a combination of genetics and biology is involved. You may not want your kids to be gay, but if they were I hope you would continue to accept them.
