  • Thank you SO much for the footage!!! Please more! We around the world appreciate and love the cameramen who take time to video the art and style of the fire. All arts of flow are sacred, please more!

  • Brilliant in form and content.

The cut has an excellent rhythm.

And I'm fascinated by the art of "poi-ing".

You expanded my horizon, because before I've seen that video I thought poi is just a little piece of wood to juggle with.

No need to say that I love fire too!

    ;-)))

  • dude... unbelievable!! do you have any idea of the music you have chosen...?!:) it's hardcore Bollywood trash music mixed... And it's really funny for us to see Japs dancing to those tunes... It's hillarious!!!

  • The song is BKAB by Ethan Stoller from the V for Vendetta soundtrack.

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO! :)

  • yeah man, it was an amazing trip!

the night after the day you left quite changed my attitude towards fire.. yuta lended me his firespoi and I've been spinning all night long or at least it felt like that after 15 burns.. so I ended up getting a pair of isis poi and well, as soon as I get out into the cold German weather I might even start practising with fire hehe!

    see ya!

  • Max, my man! You are a genius! (don´t take the last words to your heart, I don´t mean it) ;)

Honestly, I miss you, sounds gay I know but when I see all the videos and pictures, not only from JFF but from all the places we meet this summer I smile.

Keep up the good work and I really look forward to see more stuff from you!

    Beautiful footage!

  • Wow!!!

    Such a nice video!!

Thank you Max again, yes I am very proud that I had you here with us!!

We probably have JFF2009 too, Yoneya(the bubble poi guy) started to organise it. I cant wait to see you again!!

  • thank you very much for your kind words, yuta!

this is sort of the trailer for the long film that I will edit later this year. I have so many more nice pictures but I don't have the time right now to do all the editing :D

as I told you I expect the final JFF film to be around 15 - 20 minutes.

    Keep it real!

    max
