@scooter17568 Thanks! The video's not any good if you can see what is actually going on. I'm having troubles with the auto white balance on my camera but atleast the detail is there.
@sla052609 Yes, it did! I did not notice it until much later. I wrote TROY and told them what I had and they recommended this gas block with that rail SGAS-A4L-00BT-00. They said the YHM was just too fat for that rail.
@quimbyt The tool that Troy supplied accepts a 1/2 inch socket head. I forgot I had an automotive torque wrench in the garage so off camera I tightened it up. I still did not go to the max torque.

did the gas block you had hit the rail inside my trx rail with that same gas block hit bad and steel on alum not good

You mentioned using a torque wrench, are there special torque wrenches for this or can use a regular automotive torque wrench ?

it's always a PITA to get the little roll pin in the gas block when it's round like that isnt it!? What optic you going to run on this thing?
