Having any lights on on your vehicle on while MOVING is illegal in Maryland, but if you're stopped, and a cop rolls up you can crank em as bright as you want and he cant do anything. but as soon as that light turns green, turn the lights off b4 u start moving.

I Got the interior LED'S from led glow on E-bay for $40.00 And the strobes on my car for 36.99...and i got sponsored for the under kit and got them at an amazing $162.00

Depends on what you buy there biggest badest kit is only $300 it has 2 3ft tube 2 4ft tubes and 4 wheel well flexible tubes with a controller and a music sensor mounting hardware etc great company and they ship fast

@CynicalPillow, NOT just and underglow is illegal, i had white neon under my dodge truck an never gotten pulled over, now if you use green, red or blue, that's illegal, because they are used for emergency colors, not sure about pink though, purple, black, yellow, and white are legal

@SpiritsoftheWolf actually it varies by each state...in ks, they are only illegal if they are flashing while driving, you can see the bulb, and the only color that is illegal here is red. I have blue and have been told by an officer than they were ok.

@dbizzle1999, here in indiana, it's illegal to have them on while moving, when it's flashing or steady on, now when at a parking lot or car shows, you can have them on. but having them on while moving, that's asking for a ticket, other color like yellow white black or purple, it's legal to have them on but not flashing while moving, my aunt has pink neon lights under her truck, she got pulled over and only gotten an warning, they can mistaken a pink neon light for a red neon, which is stupid

It is generally illegal in every state but most states don't enforce it as long as it's not red white or blue while driving. It can do whatever you want while the motor is off

ok the 3 million color kit comes with 2 side 2 front back 2 interior for 179 and for 299 u get 4 wheel well kits with it. also with the 299 u get a program yourself function and play with music
