hi there everyone, has anyone here tried using Gallactico 324 Diet (search on google) ?My father lost a lot of excess fat using Gallactico 324 Diet within weeks?
I don't understand it completely, in your 4 month plan here is the first exercise : "3 Drop Sets of incline Barbell press (8.8.8) IE: each set will have 24 reps", I am confused. After doing 8.8.8 am I finished on that exercise, or do I do (8.8.8) 3 times? Since there are 3 dropsets to do, therefore I end up doing 24 x 3? Please can anyone help who reads this since Lui will probably not have time. THANKS!!

To clarify what is written, you should do a drop set consisting of 3 sets of 8 reps=24 total reps. Don't do 24reps x 3 sets unless you're looking for a trip to the hospital or you're an advanced body builder who knows what he's doing.

I just wand to be diced and ripped, i dont care about big i just want a nice body ( so how often can i do dropsets), every time i workout or 1 month drop sets and 1 month regular sets.
i also believe doing drop sets saves time and triggers your body to produce more hgh to stimulate recovery. Its a great way to stay in shape and strain ur nervous system. Circuit training and drop sets all the way

The only possible way for me to gain weight is to work out, If i stop working out my weight stays the same (I gained approx 20 pounds after 1 month of working out) My main concern is what will happend if I consume too much whey protein? or protein in general? I've heard that proteins from vegetables are not complete and that they need to be combined with proteins from other foods to be complete. Could you please do a video explaining this?

I do the opposide of drop sets. I'm starting with light weight and with each set I increase the weight until I'm at my maximum weight.
