I love this game its great for a portable. I am praying to God the 2nd one comes to the us. Its MUCH better!!

But anywho, this is PSU on your handheld. It has a different story, but its the same missions, same world, ect.

Only thing it doesnt have is the lobbys so you can run around the planets. It sucks but at the same time it isnt a online based game, but you can play it online if you own a ps3.

Honestly just buy it. Its a great psp game and i play it all the time.

the gameplay is pretty much the same, except when you're in CRAD-6th taking a break from fighting. just play around with the functions when you're there and eventually you can get the hang of it. Oh, and in the jap version, the O button is the X button and vice versa.

Beasts (if there is still beast mode in this game) can put out a shit ton more damage then humans.

casts are for ranged weapons like guns, bow, etc. newmans are for magics. forgot what magic is called in their universe. i think its tech? anyway, i still prefer humans. balanced type ^^

nope. an acromaster human can beat em up. acromaster human can use a moderate amount of healing. but in terms of strength, yeah ofcourse im with the beast as well. but stratigically speaking, humans still is preferred by many.

nah, the game itself is ad-hoc only... which means the people you play with need to be using the same LAN/Router as you... so they need to be in the same room as you basically :/

theres alot of games for the psp that are infracture, not ad-hoc.. which means you can play with random people over the internet. but phantasy star is ad-hoc :[

you heve to ve at least lvl 60. first kill the 2 seed taht helga summon(i sugent you use a machinegun). then helga will be vulnerable to any athat but for more damage use light or dark atributes weapons...
