I do believe in the existence of spirits and the otherside and etc.But the only thing that makes me sceptical about this video is that right at 1:29, you can see a faint flash of light on the side of the TV screen and also hear a Clicking sound being made simultaneously.Almost as if he had cut on a flashlight.I use a set of audio earphones so you'll definitely hear better that way.

What I have a suspicion is, since cats are also very apt to seeing in the dark, their eyes are "wired" to seeing lights in colour spectrum we can't see. You are using night vision Which is IR light. I suspect that this light was shining off the walls and the cat was reacting to the strange light. However, cats and dogs can see things we do not. Great video, would be interesting if there is more activity.
