I did this exercise with a hurting and protruding right lat muscle. After four times, I got up and my muscle wasn't hurting and had gone down to a normal size; unbelievable! Can't wait to tell my chiropractor. I ordered your DVD. Have been doing yoga off and on for 50 yrs. but will now do it regularly. BTW, you look fantastic. Thanks for the wonderful help. Pat
