The USA needs healthcare... that's a simple fact! The rest of the world is laughing out loud at the realisation that the richest country in the world doesn't even provide basic health care for it's citizens.
Obama is all about regaining the respect of the rest of the world. That means stopping all the other 'rich nations' from laughing at the USA for their utter stupidity and arrogance.
It's time USA faced up to the fact that healthcare for all citizens good.

Hey, it's the rest of the world here. Well, the small part of it known as Israel. I, of course, am no laughing at you, because I consider you as my friends, but I really hope you pass that reform cause I'd hate to see your friendly empire fall because of something as stupid as uncontrollable healthcare costs. It will kill you as a nation if you don't pass it. I mean it.
